This is the rarest caviar in the market, a mutation of Asetra (Oscietre) with similar characteristics in terms of size and weight, the fish reaching up to 85 kg.
This rounded caviar is golden in colour, with diameter of 2.5 to 3 mm. and a mild flavour that is reminiscent of walnuts.
