Shipping & Returns

Transportation is free for the Peninsula and Balearic Islands for orders over € 50. For orders below € 50, transportation will cost € 10. Whenever you buy caviar, salmon roe or chatka the delivery will be through the cold transport so that the product arrives at its highest quality at your home.

Transport schedules
Your order will be delivered within 24 hours provided the order is placed before 5:00 p.m. If the order is placed after 5:00 p.m., the order will be delivered within 48 hours.

In the management of your order enter a delivery address where you are sure that there will be someone responsible for the collection, especially for cold orders. Caviar SOS is not responsible for product damage if there is no one in the agreed delivery of the cold package.

Order Tracking
You can track your orders by accessing “My Account” in the “History and details of my order” section where you can see the current status of your order.

Returns & Exchanges
You can only change the Accessories and Beverages within a maximum period of 7 days from receipt, as long as the product is in perfect condition and the reasons for its change are detailed. The transport costs are borne by the customer. The changes will be exchanged for a voucher in our online store. No refunds.

In the case of Caviar, Salmon Roe or Chatka are not allowed changes due to the strict cold chain that must be followed to keep in perfect condition.

However, in case of receiving a product in poor condition or different from the one requested, you can return it or exchange it for another, as long as it has been recorded on the delivery note of the bad state of the product or the mistake of the same. In this case, the costs will be borne by Caviar SOS.
